Shipping Times:
Your order will be dispatched as soon as possible. For Standard Delivery, expect to receive your order within 5-10 business days depending on the delivery location. Large Commercial Equipment will take longer depending on location and product, please allow up to 21 days for commercial Equipment.

Shipping Carrier Method:
We use USPS (first class and priority) and UPS (ground, three day and two day). (If UPS does not deliver to your address and you would like to request a FedEx shipment, please contact us via email or phone before your items ship as all orders are defaulted to ship with UPS or USPS).

All About Vacuums 30 Day Returns
Please keep you receipt for warranty purposes.  All returned items must have a valid return authorization number (RA#) issued by us within 30 days from date of the order being placed. To receive an (RA#) please fill out the return form below.  Product must be received by us within 10 days of RA# being issued.  No returns will be accepted or credited without an RA# written clearly on return label.  Product must be returned in brand new resalable condition with original packing and container, which includes all manuals and materials.  Returned shipping costs of merchandise is at your own expense.  All returns must be insured and a signature is required for proof of receipt of delivery.  Steam cleaners, carpet shampooers, batteries, and opened filters are not returnable.  Vacuum cleaners that are used are not returnable due to sanitary and health reasons.  If defective, the machine would be covered under the manufacturers guarantee.  All Sanitaire, Hoover, Shark, Numatic, Oreck vacuums, Dyson, Commercial Equipment (Tornado Jumper, Powr-flite, Karcher, CleanMax, ECT) , Miele coffee machines and accessories are special orders and are not returnable.  Any orders placed with Affirm pay over time are not cancelable or refundable.  Any order that uses a discount coupon is unable to be returned.   A  minimum Restocking Fee of 11% or more applies to all returns merchandise.  Please give up to 30 days for refund to process back to your account.  If you have returned merchandise that had free shipping we will deduct the shipping charges incurred from your credit. 

Warranty Coverage

All manufactures and models have different warranty coverage time.  All products must be taken to an authorized warranty center.  Manufactures will not allow us to send replacement machines or parts to consumer under warranty.  If you are unsure of the closest warranty location we may help you.  If you would like us to be your warranty location we would be honored.  If you ship your machine to us for warranty work we do require credit card information to provide any shipping costs.

Missing Items / Damaged Product
Customers need to verify the receipt of items at the time their order is received.  Any items missing must be communicated to All About Vacuums within 48 hours after delivery. This excludes any back ordered items and only applies to orders that have been completely filled. Any damaged merchandise or carton shortages must be reported directly to All About Vacuums within 48 hours after delivery.

Cancellation 

Orders can not be canceled after the order has already shipped out.  Any order that is canceled will incur a 3% processing fee.  Large Commercial Equipment (Tornado Jumper, Powr-Flite, Reliable, CleanMax, Karcher) is Shipped directly from the Manufacturer, all Orders can NOT be canceled once order is in manufacturers possession.  Orders are placed with the Manufacturer with in 24 Hours of the order being placed.  This Equipment  may take up to 21 days to ship due to manufacture built to order.  

Defective Items
All items must be sent back for inspection before a new replacement item is sent. Upon receipt of all returned items, our technicians will test and evaluate every item to determine if the item is defective. If your item is defective and unused in the original packaging we will send out a replacement item.  If the item is used, the item will be covered under the product warranty and reshipped to the customer.

Undeliverable Address
If we receive a package back that states that the package was undeliverable due to the address.  We will credit you back the full amount less the shipping charges for outbound shipping.  If the package is returned by the USPS with postage due this cost will be deducted from your refund.

Refused Shipments
All refused shipments will be credited back less the shipping to the customer and a refusal fee of $20.00.

    Read our return policy to make sure your order is eligible for a return. Please allow 48-72 Hours for us to process your claim and issue your Return Authorization (RA) number. You will then need to clearly write the RA # on the outside of the package in order to ensure a quick and easy return. Thank you!
